A pro because he knew the previous owners had a dog without us mentioning anything. There was some pet odor from the previous family’s dog (we couldn’t actually tell) and he was even able to pinpoint a location where he thought maybe the dog slept (confirmed by our own dog haha)! Jeff was very transparent and explained that a regular cleaning without the odor eliminating enzymes would just cause the wet dog odor to lift up and linger. We ended up adding in the pet stain and odor removal, which we were glad we did.The carpets were relatively clean for being 5 years old that we reconsidered if the service was even necessary but after sering the huge difference, it was definitely worth it! There is a notable change in color and fluff/feel.We will definitely be using Easy Clean Carpet Care again. Highly recommend!
