Easy Clean Carpet Care provides professional carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning services to residential and commercial properties. We strive to provide the highest quality service; however, we cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains, odors, or pre-existing wear and tear.

2. Booking and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided via our Site, over the phone, or in person are based on the information provided by the customer. The final price may be adjusted upon in-person inspection of the premises if the size, condition, or scope of the job differs from what was initially described.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We value the time of our technicians and our customers. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and efficient cleaning process, we ask that you:

• Remove small furniture, fragile items, and clutter from the areas to be cleaned prior to our arrival.
• Secure all pets in a safe location away from the work area.
• Ensure a responsible adult is present to grant access to the property and review the completed work.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of the services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash. Any returned checks or disputed credit card charges may be subject to additional administrative fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we exercise the utmost care during our cleaning process, Easy Clean Carpet Care is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage, loose seams, loose carpet backing, or pre-existing tears.
• Color loss, fading, or shrinkage that is inherent to the fabric or material.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Easy Clean Carpet Care or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written consent.
